Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings as and when required to represent the company.
- Management of key account and contract P&Ls and commercial activity including control, monitoring and management of overhead cost, expenditure, invoicing, debt control and cash flow.
- Strategic development and management of key account objectives in line with the overall business objectives.
- Ensuring all operational services and agreed objectives are delivered on time and in accordance with the contract requirements via your team.
- Have an understanding of client business risk and drivers to assist with aligning a tailored and flexible delivery solution.
- Development of innovation and best practice standards across all operational aspects of service delivery.
- Liaising closely with clients and other Contract Managers to identify growth opportunities and profit maximisation.
- Manage and ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety / Quality Assurance / Environmental requirements across all contracts.
- Implementation and management of continuous review processes; leading continuous improvement plans and projects.
- To ensure that all work is undertaken in line with both legislative and company standards in relation to health, safety and environmental.
- Strategic development and management of key account objectives in line with the overall business objectives.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Experienced within a similar role with a strong background in the Water Hygiene &/or Water Treatment industry.
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels both internally and externally.
- Experience in development & managing of accounts.
- Financially astute with strong commercial focus.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent timekeeping.
- Full, Clean UK driving licence.
