Summary:
Actively drive the Scheduling and Planning of the Engineers across the Southern Region, to enable high productivity, with particular emphasis on quality of service through ‘right-first-time’ principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To actively plan and schedule the day-to-day diaries of the engineers across the Southern Region.
- To co-ordinate the engineers and other resources to provide the most effective use of cost and time utilising BigChange.
- To liaise with clients and develop a customer focused approach ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance, customer care and service.
- To co-ordinate any follow up visits to site having ordered the relevant parts.
- To maintain adequate records and statistics as required for the management of accounts and other statistical information that may be required from time to time.
- To liaise with the engineer’s for confirming diaries and booking in engineers to client’s sites.
- To help manage and maintain a spares/stock list and keep these up to date.
- All other requests as agreed with the UK Service Delivery Managers.
- Assist Account Managers with contract delivery.
- Weekly reporting of internal SLA’s (access, productivity etc.).
- Stores Management.
- PAT Testing of electrical equipment (office & held on vehicles) – Qualification permitting.
- Calibration of relevant equipment.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Either relevant inhouse training or other planning/scheduler training (online course)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
